This group is currently not meeting.  Contact Loretta to discuss your interest in mindfulness and meditation.  Once she has an interested group we will begin to meet regularly again.

No meditation experience necessary.

Mindfulness meditation is about becoming more present with yourself just as you are, no matter what is happening.  When you practice this attentiveness in meditation, it helps you be more peaceful, self-aware and accepting in your day-to day life.  The meditations will be guided to support deepening your practice.

Mindfulness practices are simple, but not necessarily easy.  Practicing in a group and having a guide to prompt your breath and body attunement helps you stick with it. After the meditation, you will be invited to express your experience in writing or a simple drawing.   We will close the circle with expressions of gratitude.
