~ Relax with a guided visualization.
~ Discover images that speak to your heart.
~ Create a collage that reflects your passion for life.
This process helps you step beyond cultural programming and materialistic patterns. Tap into those experiences that will bring you joy, connection and a deeper sense of self.

I will provide Mod Podge, regular and small scissors, tape, glue sticks and magazines.

Cost: There is not cost for this workshop. A contribution toward materials is welcomed.

What to bring:
~ Magazines to share
~ Other images that speak to your heart
~ Very small scissors if you like to cut out the fine details in an image
~ Poster board, box or other surface for the base of your collage.
Note: Think about where you will put your vision “board”. What size and shape will fit well? Some people like a large board to hang on the wall. Others prefer something smaller like a cereal box that can sit on a table or a box that can be added to throughout the year. Think creatively and bring a couple options if you are unsure. I have lots of boxes of various sizes.
